Exchange Policy
At Airy Attire, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if the item is received faulty, damaged, defective, or different from the product originally ordered. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide their order number along with clear photographs of the item.
Exchange requests will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Exchanges may not be accepted if the item has been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or if any original tags or packaging are missing. Sale items are eligible for exchange only for the same product, subject to availability.
Airy Attire currently does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. For approved exchanges, a delivery charge of PKR 250 may apply.
